Nick Decker is a multi-dimensional designer, writer, artist, philosopher, learner, maker, budding musician and human based in Cincinnati, Ohio — formerly of Iowa, Chicago, Bloomington, Los Angeles, Asheville, Tryon, Galena and Covington. He cut his teeth and built his character at some cool companies including Everloving Records, MySpace Music, United Talent Agency, Funny or Die, and The Tryon Theatre and through a variety of non-linear stints as a bullpen catcher, organic farmer, freelance writer, architectural salesman, voice actor, and video editor. Now he is building The Studiolo — a design practice devoted to creating the conditions whereby human flourishing can emerge. He believes life is a process of becoming who you are — of learning to live in a way congruent with your soul and what you are uniquely designed to contribute. His interests are ungovernable: design, philosophy, music, art, writing, psychology, physics, mysticism, etymology, mythology, architecture, vibe coding, esoteric studies, and fun ways to use AI. He is building the infrastructure through which his polymathic animating spirit can flow forth into an ever-evolving set of value-generating streams, services and structures.
